It's 2nd October today. Narendra Modi celebrated Gandhi Jayanti in a unique way. That's by making India a better place to live. In the morning he himself cleaned PMO office with a broom.
How you can take part in Swachh Bharat Abhiyan
- Throw waste paper and garbage in dustbins. I know many of you might complain that there are no dustbins everywhere. So carry your garbage with you until you find a dustbin.
- If you are a dog lover that doesn't mean everybody is. If you have pets at your home, don't let them spread waste over streets.
- Never make any damage to public property just for fun.
- If you are aspiring artist then public benches, trees, walls and bus stops are not your canvas. Find a better place to show your talent.
- If sweepers or responsible organizations are not working properly then file your complaint on Public Grievance Portal
- That's all what is expected from you!
The best example of "Clean India" I have ever seen is in PAU, Ludhiana. There is a sense of responsibility in every student and employee.
We all should make efforts to make out locality a better place to live in.
