Try and Fail, Try and Fail, Try and Fail... repeat until you succeed.
Hi, friends.
secrets

My name is Sandeep Reddy. I completed B.Sc. from Osmania University in 2012. In 2013 I started writing bank exams. My first exam was IBPS Specialist Officer in April 2013. It was a big disaster for me. I got only 113 marks in that exam where the cut off was 130+. After that I prepared for SBI PO 2013. But again a failure. Got 107 marks in written but failed in English section by 2 marks. Applied for Karur Vysya Bank clerk. I thought I have a very good chance because only 20000 applications received by the bank. But one more failure. At this point I was having a doubt in my mind. Can I clear any bank exam?

But after few months, IBPS released notifications for IBPS POs, Clerks and RRBs. I thought this time I'll come out with a job in at least one exam. Exams are over results declared by IBPS and mixed feelings for me. Cleared IBPS PO but failed IBPS clerks. Cleared RRB Clerks but failed RRB PO. IBPS PO cut off was 61 and I got only 62 marks. It was my first interview in banking and I was clueless about the marks I needed for Final selection. And in the end Got only pass marks in interview. I was nowhere near the final cut off. Only hope was RRB clerks. I got 126 marks in written. Applied for all RRBs, but did not receive any interview call as the cut off was 131.

With all the disappointment I started preparing for next exams and waiting for notifications. Then I got an opportunity to write Postal Assistants exam. But bad luck again got 69 marks but the cut off was 72. Applied for SBI Clerks and same story. RBI Assistants. Same Same Same. Now came IBPS exam season (September-November). By that time I was with full of disappointments in my life. I was unable to concentrate on my studies. I lost my dearest ones too. I went through the exams anyhow. But this time everything was in favor of me. Cleared all IBPS exams. Went through the interviews. And finally the wait is over. Got selected as Probationary Officer in Bank of India.

Never get disappointed with failures. They are only stepping stones of your success.
Overcoming failures is the only way to succeed in life.

All the best friends
