My name is Sriram Jagana ,from tumarada village in vizianagaram district in andhra pradesh. I have completed my engineering graduation in 2013 with 69 %. After completion of engineering i don't know what to do.
I just enjoying at the home..., after 3 months i feel that i have to achieve something.... Then i want to write the competitive exams... And joined in a coaching center...for 2 months..., like all the other engineering students i also feel that bank exams are very easy..no need to prepare for that, with this type of thinking i didn't practice hardly, just prepared before the exam day like our engineering semesters..
Daily gk updates helps me very lot..

My rrb po score 116 ( not qualified for interview)
My rrb clerk score 120 (not qualified for interview)
Ibps clerk score 116 ( interview qualified)
Ibps po score. 63 ( not attended the interview)
Final results came on 01-04-14...
I became april fool, I lost the clerk cut by a big margin...
Then I understood that competition is very high, so I decided to go for serious preparation...
I again went to coaching...., at the coaching center I daily wrote practice exams, at the night time I read the current affairs from the banking educational websites..

Between this time I wrote postal assistant exam, attended for type test ( couldn't cleared), attended idbi manipal po interview (couldn't cleared & interview is like a harassment), ssc mts descriptive ( couldn't cleared)

I wrote ibps exams for the year 2015-16

My rrb po score 122
rrb clerk score 155
syndicate bank manipal po ( got the job)
ibps po score 95 ( alloted to canara bank with final score 50 ) & I'm obc candidate.
ibps clerk score. 168. ( allotted to pnb) with final score 81.2
Sbi associate po ( allotted to state bank of hyderabad )
Ssc cgl 2014 tier 1 clered.
Ssc chsl 2014 written clered.
I got high scores in gk due to banking websites daily gk updates & monthly gk updates only.
I didn't join syndicate po and got very tensed during those 10 days,until ibps po results came, i got po job in canara bank & now sbh po.
My interview went very well in sbi associate po. The panel head asked me about history of sbi & how to improve banks business, i replied very well, they were very much impressed with my answer. then the panel head appreciated me. At that point of time, my mind got intimated that you got it man...

My advice to the all the candidates that prepare hardly & allocate the time cleverly in the online examination.
Gk & reasoning are scoring sections, please focus on that two areas to get good score.
Don't loose patience after 2,3 failures.
take as challenge, focus on your mistakes & overcome those mistakes.
