Sentence I and II are correct and sentence III is incorrect because in sentence III we have a word unless and we can’t use not with until/unless.

In sentence I it should be rather than instead of then we are doing comparison and when we use rather it always take than with it.
In sentence II it should be the BJP because it is a specific party and when we talk any specific thing or person etc. we have to use a definite article.
In sentence III it should be reasons instead of reason because when we use one of the in a sentence it always takes plural noun with it.

In sentence II it should be less than instead of fewer than because according to prescriptive grammar fewer should be used instead of less with countable nouns.

In sentence I it should be sent instead of send because our sentence is in present perfect tense so we have to use 3rd form of verb with it.
