The number with the lowest sum of digits interchanges with the first number. So, the process continues on the basis of their sum of digits get arranged in ascending order.

Answers. (6-10) 

First step: Largest number comes to the left first position. The remaining terms shifts rightwards. 
Second step: Word come first in the alphabetical order shifts to the second position. The remaining terms shifts rightwards.
And process goes on.
So, the numbers are arranged in descending order while the words are arranged in alphabetical order alternately.
At each step, position of only one number is changed.
