Colonel Abdoulaye Maiga was the government Spokesman and Minister of Territorial Administration of Mali.

2. Jasprit Bumrah

An Indian Cricketer as brand ambassador Jasprit Bumrah is appointed as the Brand Ambassador of Uppercase.
Uppercase is the eco-friendly luggage brand of Acefour Accessories, a travel accessories company.

3. Santhosh Iyer

Santhosh Iyer is appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Director (MD) of Mercedes-Benz India Pvt. Ltd.
He will replace Martin Shwenk, who will take over as President and CEO of Mercedes-Benz Thailand.
He is currently serving as the company’s Vice President (Sales and Marketing).

Ana Brnabic is nominated as the Prime Minister of Serbia until 2024.
She is Serbia’s first female Prime Minister.
She was nominated by Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic.

7. Laxman Narasimhan

Laxman Narasimhan is the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Starbucks.
He will take over the position from Howard Schultz.
Narasimhan is the CEO of UK-based health, hygiene, and nutrition company Reckitt Benckiser.

8. S Krishnan

S. Krishnan appointed is as the Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Tamilnad Mercantile Bank (TMB).
He replaces KV Rama Murthy.
Prior to this appointment, S Krishnan served as the MD and CEO of Punjab and Sind Bank (PSB).

Binesh Kumar Tyagi takes over as Chairman and Managing Director of the Shipping Corporation of India.
He previously served as the Liner and Passenger Services Division (L&PS) at the Shipping Corporation of India.

Liz Truss is appointed as the United Kingdom's (UK) New Prime Minister.
She succeeded Boris Johnson, who served as the Prime Minister (PM) of the UK from 2019 to 2022.
She has become the 3rd Woman to hold the position.

He was appointed by Secretary-General Antonio Guterres.
Volker Turk replaces Veronica Michelle Bachelet Jeria.

He replaces Alain Guillaume Bunyoni.
He was appointed by Burundi President Evarister Ndayishimiye.

14. Pralay Mondal

Pralay Mondal is appointed as the Managing Director (MD) and CEO (Chief Executive Officer) of Catholic Syrian Bank Limited.
He has been serving as the Deputy MD of CSB.

15. Vanessa Nakate

Vanessa Nakate is appointed as the Goodwill Ambassador of the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF).
She is a 25-year-old climate activist from Uganda.

He was appointed by Rob McClean, Executive Vice President, of International Card Services, and American Express.
Sanjay Khanna joined AEBC as manager of Finance in 1996 and spent about 27 years with American Express.

18. Srishti Bakshi

Srishti Bakshi wins the “Changemaker” award at United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDG) Action Award.
The award is given to recognize the efforts of Srishti Bakshi to raise awareness of gender-based violence and inequality.
Srishti Bakshi, a marketer-turned-women’s rights activist and founder of the CrossBow Miles movement.

19. Lt Gen Anil Chauhan

Lt Gen Anil Chauhan (Retired) was appointed as India’s 2nd Chief of Defence Staff.
He is the 2nd person to hold the post of CDS after General Bipin Rawat.
Gen. Anil Chauhan retired in May 2022 and is currently the military advisor to National Security advisor Ajit Doval.

20. R. Venkataramani

He succeeds K.K. Venugopal.

Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia Mohammed Bin Salman Al Saud was named as the Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia.
He is the leading figure in the kingdom’s “Vision 2030” plans to transform the country’s economy and energy infrastructure.
He has changed Saudi Arabia radically as he led efforts to diversify the economy from dependence on oil, allowing women to drive and hold back the clerics’ power over society.

22. Suella Braverman

Suella Braverman wins the 1st Queen Elizabeth II Women of the Year Award at the Asian Achievers Awards (AAA).
She is the Home Secretary of the United Kingdom (UK), Indian Origin.
She is a 42-year-old British politician and barrister who was appointed as the UK’s Home Secretary.

She defeated Mario Draghi in Italy’s National Election.
She is the leader of the Far Right Nationalist Fratelli d’Italia Party.
