Credit Officer Scale II	Full Time Bachelor's degree, with a background in finance, accounting or other related fields. Additional qualifications such as MBA (Finance) or CFA/CMA/CA and practical designations such as the Commercial Banking and Credit Analyst (CBCA) program will be given high preference
Human resource Officer Scale II	Full Time Graduate in any discipline and Full Time Post Graduate degree in Personnel Management / HR / HRD (or) Two Years Full Time Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management / HR / HRD
Senior HR Officer Scale III	Full Time Graduate in any discipline and Full Time Post Graduate degree in Personnel Management / HR / HRD (or) Two Years Full Time Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management / HR / HRD
Law Officer Scale II	Full Time Degree in Law
Senior Law Officer Scale III	Full Time Degree in Law
Marketing Officer Scale II	Full Time MBA –Marketing (or) PGDBM - Marketing (equivalent to MBA)
Treasury Officer Scale II	Full Time Degree in any discipline. Preference will be given to applicants with post – graduation in Business/ Management/ Finance/ Banking

Note: Educational qualifications should be from a university recognized by Govt. of India approved by Govt. regulatory bodies with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate.

Law Officer Scale II	Enrolled as Advocate with Bar Council and 2 years of experience as practicing Advocate plus 3 years of work experience as Law officer in the legal department of a Schedule Commercial Bank/ Private Sector Bank/ NBFCs (or) 5 years of work experience as Law Officer in the legal department of a Schedule Commercial/ Private Sector Bank/ NBFCs
Senior Law Officer Scale III	Enrolled as Advocate with Bar Council and 2 years of experience as practicing Advocate plus 5 years of work experience as Law officer in the legal department of a Schedule Commercial Bank/ Private Sector Bank/ NBFCs (or) 7 years of work experience as law Officer in the Legal department of Schedule Commercial Bank/ Private Sector Bank/ NBFCs
Marketing Officer Scale II	3 years of experience in BFSI/ NBFC in the field of Marketing
Treasury Officer Scale II	2 years of work experience in Treasury Operation of Bank/ NBFC/ FI

Note: Required work experience should be full time, relevant to the post applied and Should be post qualification i.e., from the date of acquiring the prescribed qualification till 01.11.2023 (inclusive).

Selection Procedure

Selection will be made based on an Online Examination followed by Interview. Candidates qualifying in the Online Examination would be called for personal Interview. Merely satisfying the eligibility norms do not entitle a candidate to be called for Online Examination or Interview.
